Some equipments, transformers and electrical machinery dissipate heat during its operation. If the heat dissipate increase beyond the tolerance value then it might damage some important equipment permanently. The heat dissipate of the equipment is directly proportional to the body temperature of the equipment i.e., as the heat dissipation increase, the temperature of the equipment also rises. Thus the stepwise monitoring of the temperature rise of the equipment can protect it from damage. This can be achieved by using this versatile APR-103 TEMPERATURE SURVEILLANCE UNIT.

APR – 103 has a four sensor input which is used to monitor the temperature in steps. The status of the sensors are available in the potential free contacts of the 2C type relay. The contacts can be wired suitably in accordance to the wiring diagram to control the electrical equipments (Appendix).
