Quality Control

Verifications shall be made in accordance with the quality plan and documentation procedures, Where incoming product is released to for production purpose. It will be positively identified and recorded in order to permit immediate recall and replacements in the event of Nonconformance to specified requirements.

The product will carry out all final inspection and testing in accordance with the quality plan or documentation procedures.

Documentation:

To complete the evidence of conformance of the finished product to specified requirement, No product will be dispatched or until all the activities specified in the quality plan or documentation procedures have been satisfactorily completed.

The company will establish and maintain all records, which give evidence that the product has been final inspected.

The company will control, calibrate and maintain inspection of measuring and testing equipment as per the requirements. Equipment shall be used in a manner, which ensure that, measurement uncertainly is known and is consistence with the required measurement capability.
